Inspiration: Abstract Art at Home

Well, as you can tell, I've been on an abstract art kick. I'm LOVING it! I know most people feel very strongly on either end of the spectrum but I hope you'll at least consider this very beautiful and sometimes mis-understood painting style. :) So... you may be wondering.... "how would abstract paintings fit into my life and home?"... here's a little inspiration! You're going to LOVE how beautiful and classy these are...

Add interest behind an entry way buffet or shelf of books!

One large abstract piece could bring your dining room together and make it a relaxing place for you and your family.

A stark contrast or a soft subtle play of color can really add life to your walls!

I love these little hints of modern art ... sparks of interest and personality for a small space!

For a clean/modern home, these works of art make a soft touch for the room!

A little bold color in these paintings make a focal point or color scheme.

Most importantly, it should be something you LOVE that brings joy to your heart everyday! When you look at an abstract painting, you can't help but have a response to the color, shapes and textures. Make sure it's something that makes you happy!

Would you hang abstract art in your home? Which of these rooms is your favorite?
