We Heart San Francisco (Day 4: The Golden Gate!)

These were quite possibly the best mochas we have ever tasted....a perfect start to our Golden Gate adventure!

Sugar Cafe mochas....oh how we miss them!

A lovely start to the day!
On the sidewalk on our walk back to the hotel)
We decided to take a "Red and White Cruise" to see the Golden Gate Bridge and it was one of our favorite memories from the trip!

This is our little boat!

We got headphones for a "historic audio tour" of the bay!

We can't wait to see the bridge up close!

Being out on the water was brilliant! We loved the smells, the water, seeing sea lions poke their heads out of the water, and holding each other close while the wild winds blew as we rode along the bay of the city we grew to love.

Jeremy listening to the "tour".

Our view of San Francisco from the boat!

Approaching the bridge!
We could see it in the distance and got really excited! It looked sort of grey until we got right up close to it and then we went right under it! We turned and got another view and see it's colorful beauty! It was unreal! A moment in dreams! We loved being so close to the Golden Gate and to each other.....what an amazing experience our trip had been!

Jeremy and I with the Golden Gate Bridge!

Sweet moments together!
Beautiful!

We also passed by Alcatraz and learned about the other surrounding islands.

Our view of Alcatraz.

Back toward the bay!
We spent the rest of the day walking around the city together and enjoying every minute we had left in this amazing place! We had such an amazing time and we can't wait to go back!

Thanks for letting me share our adventures! I've got lots of new and fun posts coming up soon including our new studio reveal, art journaling, a custom painting I've been working on, and more!

happy thursday!

Enjoyed you travelogue. I especially liked the photos of houses and your boat trip. When we visited SF we only had about a half day so this added to my trip!
